Of all the Bioniq questions that land in my inbox, this is the most practical one — and the one I can answer fastest. Somebody has read about the personalised formulas, decided they fancy giving it a go, and then gone looking for a “buy” button in the wrong place. Usually my place.
So let me clear it up properly, because a vague answer here is how people end up buying something they did not mean to buy, from someone they did not mean to buy it from.
The short version
In the UK, Bioniq GO is ordered from its own website. That is it. There is no shelf in a supermarket, no version sitting in my stock cupboard, no third-party seller I would point you towards. You go to Bioniq GO, answer the questionnaire, and your order is set up from there.
I want to be blunt about my own position in this, because I think you deserve to know it. I do not hold Bioniq stock, I do not pack it and I do not set the price. What I do is point people at the right door, because I would rather you found it properly than found it badly.
Why it is not on my shop alongside the shakes
This trips people up, particularly since Bioniq’s personalised nutrition business is now part of Herbalife. If the two are connected, the reasoning goes, surely the products sit side by side?
They do not, and the reason is structural rather than mysterious. Bioniq GO was built as a subscription with a questionnaire at the front of it — you cannot really sell that from a normal product page, because there is no single tub to add to a basket. What arrives at your door depends on what you told it about your week. That needs its own checkout, so it has one. I went into the ownership side of this in more detail in what the Herbalife acquisition actually changed, if you want the full picture.
What the buying process actually involves
Worth knowing before you start, so nothing catches you out:
- A questionnaire first, not a basket. You take the free Wellness Assessment before you buy anything. It is free, it takes about ten minutes, and there is no obligation at the end of it.
- No blood test, no kit to post. Your answers do the matching. Nothing gets taken from you and nothing gets sent off to a lab.
- You are matched to one of 40 formulas. A defined set, not a guess off a shelf and not an infinite bespoke recipe.
- It is a subscription. Built to arrive on repeat, because that is the only way a daily supplement earns its place. Worth being clear-eyed about that going in rather than discovering it later.
- Granules, not pills. Premium Swiss granules, up to 23 science-backed nutrients in one daily dose. Good news if large capsules have quietly put you off supplements before.
- Vegan-friendly. One fewer label to squint at.
A word about buying it anywhere else
Every so often someone tells me they have seen something Bioniq-branded on a marketplace listing or an unfamiliar site, usually a bit cheaper, and asks whether they should risk it. My honest answer is no, and not out of loyalty to anybody.
The whole point of Bioniq GO is that the formula is matched to your answers. A random tub bought second-hand from a marketplace is, by definition, matched to somebody else — if it is genuine at all. You would be paying for a personalised product and receiving an impersonal one, which is the worst of both worlds. Add in the usual unknowns about storage and dates, and it stops being a bargain fairly quickly.
If you are ever unsure whether a page is the real thing, the simple test is the questionnaire. The genuine route asks you questions before it asks you for money. A listing that just wants to sell you a container is not the genuine route.
If you already order from me
Nothing changes on my side. Your shakes, teas and everyday essentials carry on exactly as they do now — my targeted nutrition range is still where I would send you for the daily bits and pieces I do stock. Bioniq GO simply sits alongside that, on its own site, on its own schedule.
Plenty of people I speak to run both quite happily: the routine they already know from me, plus a personalised daily dose ordered separately. If you go that route, it is worth reading the labels of what you already take so you are not doubling up unnecessarily. Sensible housekeeping rather than a warning.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
So, where do you buy it?
One place, one link, no hunting. If you have been curious for a while and just wanted to know where the door was, this is it — start with the questionnaire, see what you are matched to, and decide from there with the actual answer in front of you rather than a guess.
