Why would a Herbalife Member be involved at all?
Because Bioniq’s personalised nutrition business is now part of Herbalife. Herbalife acquired Bioniq’s core personalised nutrition business in April 2026, which is why Members like me can now introduce people to it. Bioniq itself was founded in London in 2019 and still runs its own site, its own assessment and its own subscriptions.
Do I buy it from your shop?
No, and I think it is worth being clear about that. Bioniq GO is not a tub I keep on a shelf and post out. When you follow my link to Bioniq GO, you land on Bioniq’s UK site. Everything from there (the questionnaire, the formula, the checkout, the delivery) is handled by Bioniq.

So what does the Member actually do?
The useful part happens before and after the order. Before, I can explain what the assessment asks, what the granules are like and whether it fits how you already eat. After, I am someone you can message when you want to talk about your routine as a whole, rather than a customer service queue.
What I cannot do is choose your formula for you. That comes from your own answers, which is rather the point of a personalised supplement.
Is the product any different through a Member link?
No. It is the same Bioniq GO: the same assessment, the same set of 40 formulas, the same granules and the same subscription. The link simply tells Bioniq who introduced you.
