Personalised Nutrition for Women: Tailoring to Your Goals

When a customer asks me which supplement she should be taking, I have learned to ask something back before answering: what are you actually hoping will be different in six months? It sounds like a stalling tactic, but it is the only question that makes the shelf navigable. Nine times out of ten the answer is not a product name at all — it is my nails keep splitting, or I am fine until three in the afternoon, or I want to still be doing this at sixty. Those are three different goals, and they do not lead to the same tub. That is precisely the gap a personalised approach is built to close, and it is why I talk about Bioniq GO in terms of goals rather than ingredients.

Why buying by symptom rarely adds up

Here is the pattern I see most often, and I have been guilty of it myself. Something bothers you, you read around it, you buy one thing for that one reason. A few months later something else bothers you, so you buy a second thing. Nobody ever sits down and asks whether the four tubs in the cupboard make sense together, or whether they overlap, or whether the thing you actually wanted was never in any of them. Buying by symptom builds a collection. Starting from a goal builds a routine, and only one of those survives a busy year.

Name the goal, then let the formula follow

Bioniq works the other way round. You answer a free online questionnaire about how you eat, sleep, move and feel — no blood test, no appointment — and your answers are matched against a library of 40 formulas. What arrives is the one that fits your picture: up to 23 science-backed nutrients in a single daily dose, as premium Swiss granules in individual sachets rather than a bottle of pills, and vegan-friendly. The goals it is designed to support are ones women name to me all the time:

  • Skin, hair and nails. — The goal most people mention first, usually with a slightly apologetic laugh. It counts, and it can be supported from the inside as well as with what you put on your face.
  • Everyday energy and focus. — Not a dramatic transformation. Just having the same version of yourself available at four o’clock as at ten.
  • An active lifestyle. — Whether that is three gym sessions or a dog and a hill, the demand is real and worth supporting.
  • Long-term wellbeing. — The quietest goal and the one with the longest payoff, which is exactly why it gets deprioritised.

The bit worth doing before you start

Do the thinking before the questionnaire, not during it. Pick one primary goal and one secondary — not four. I have written about how to do that honestly in my piece on choosing your wellness goals before your Bioniq assessment, because vague answers in produce a vague sense of whether it was worth it. And none of this replaces the ordinary things: it sits alongside whatever you already use from the Targeted Nutrition range, as part of a balanced diet and an active lifestyle. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Is it for you?

If you already know exactly what you top up and why, and you are consistent with it, you may not need the matching. Where I see it earn its place is with women who have a cupboard of half-finished tubs bought one at a time, and no clear sense of what any of it adds up to. If that description landed a little too well, spend ten minutes and take the free Wellness Assessment — you can read the questions before committing to anything, which is the fairest way to judge it. When you are ready, build your personalised formula around the goal you named, not the symptom that shouted loudest.
