I am going to describe the areas the questions cover rather than quote them word for word. Bioniq refines its wording from time to time, and a list copied out today could be slightly off next month. The themes, though, stay the same, and knowing them in advance is what helps you answer well.
The four areas the questions cover
1. The basics about you
The quiz opens with the straightforward details, such as your age, that shape what a sensible daily formula looks like. Nothing tricky here, and nothing you need to look up.
2. How you eat
This is where it gets useful. Expect questions about the pattern of your meals and what tends to be on your plate: whether you eat plant-based, how often certain foods turn up in a normal week, that sort of thing. Your diet is the main reason one formula suits you better than another, so this section deserves the most honesty.
3. How your week runs
How active you are, how busy your days get, the general rhythm of your routine. A desk-based week and a week on your feet are different starting points, and the quiz is built to notice that.
4. What you would like to support
Finally, you choose your priorities. The goals on offer include normal skin, hair and nails, everyday energy and focus, an active lifestyle and long-term wellbeing. These steer the match towards the nutrients most relevant to what you care about.
What it does not ask for
It does not ask for a blood sample, a lab kit or any test results. I have written about that separately in whether you need a blood test to use Bioniq GO, because it is one of the first things people want to check before they start.
It is also not a medical consultation. If you have any doubt about whether a supplement suits you, your GP or pharmacist is the right person to ask, before or after you do the quiz.
My checklist for answering it well
The match is only as good as what you put in. A few things I usually suggest:
- Answer for your normal week, not your best one. If you eat brilliantly on Mondays and live on toast by Thursday, describe the Thursday version too.
- Be specific about food. “I eat fairly healthily” is a feeling. How often fish, meat, dairy or vegetables actually appear is information.
- Pick goals you would genuinely notice. Choosing every goal on the list dilutes the point of personalising it. Two that matter to you beat five that sound nice.
- Have your current cupboard in mind. If you already take something daily, note it, so your new routine does not double up on what you have.
- Give it a few calm minutes. It is short, but it is not something to tap through at a bus stop.
What happens when you finish
You are shown the formula you have been matched to, with its nutrients and the price for the plan you choose. That is the moment to read it properly: you are under no obligation to order, and you can go back and change answers if something did not reflect you accurately.
